We provide a high quality Conductive Coating Service for use with non-conductive boxes/enclosures.
We offer a range of electrically conductive paints for EMI and RF shielding applications. Shielding Effectiveness (SE) is a function of paint type and applied thickness. Typical values in excess of 30dB can be achieved depending on the gasket or closure system. As standard, we offer a quick-turn service. In addition, Form-In-Place and other gasket systems can be supplied.

- High range of conductivity, from <0.05 Ohm/sq to <0.5 Ohm/sq.
- Thickness <40 microns.
- Excellent adhesion to most substrates.
- Several masking options for prototype and full-volume build quantites.
- Excellent shielding characteristics.
- Ensures moulded parts are a viable alternative to costly sheet-metal frabrication.
